Amazing host! Great communication from start to finish, very understanding, and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Super responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This was a very bad experience. The car broke down on the 2nd day of a 3 day rental and I had to wait for a tow for 6 hours.
Turo did not provide me with a replacement to get me off of the road. So I waited from 4pm until after 10pm. After all of this, I was not offered a full refund.
I do not recommend Turo

Car was clean and it was easy to work with Andrey. Had to pay extra for parking due to a late cancellation before my pickup but Andrey is reimbursing.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
