We had an absolutely amazing experience with our hosts from start to finish. From the very beginning, the car pickup was smooth, easy, and stress-free. What truly set them apart, though, was the care and kindness they showed when we unexpectedly got snowed in and stranded on the mountaintop.
The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our safety — they came prepared with a replacement car, blankets, towels, drinks, and snacks, and made sure we were okay every step of the way. Their support during such a stressful situation meant more to us than we can put into words.
They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and reassuring with constant messages and calls, making us feel genuinely cared for and not alone. This wasn’t just great service — these are truly wonderful people who go the extra mile for their guests. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone.
