Pour tire ride… tire balance issue. No spare tire/ jack once we encountered a flat tire on hwy 75. 3.5 hours on the side of the road. I got towed by AAA

I’m sorry the flat tire caused such a long delay during your trip. After the flat occurred, you arranged towing through your personal AAA service before notifying me (or Turo customer support). I asked that the towing and repair documentation be provided afterward. Since this incident, I have added a spare tire and wheel cover to the vehicle for added peace of mind for future guests. I’m glad you were able to get the vehicle repaired and safely continue your trip.
