She told me she wouldn’t charge me fees I had broke my phone so I could not get to my Turo acct or my banks cards but I was charged a total of 180 once they got done

Car was in good shape. Easy pick up. Only thing is the car key battery is dying. So it made it difficult to lock and unlock the car.
Im so sorry about that , I just replaced the battery
