Pros: The AC worked great. Host was very responsive and accommodated putting a car seat in the vehicle.
Cons: The vehicle badly reeked of smoke. There were about six air fresheners stuffed in the air vents when we picked up the car. Knowing we had a child, I would have preferred the host marked this car as unavailable or at least let us know that the car smelled of smoke so we could have made the choice to expose our one year old to that or not. Also, the key fab did not work and was out of battery, among other things that made us feel that we did not get a “quality vehicle” that we paid for.
