5 stars all around! The car was super clean, comfortable, and ran great throughout our trip. I made a user error during booking and mistakenly set the pickup for a residence instead of the airport. We took an Uber to get the car, and the host was beyond accommodating—she even kindly allowed us to drop the car off right at the airport for our departure! She was always responsive, polite, and so friendly. I highly recommend renting from her and will definitely book with her again on future Florida trips to visit family and friends!"
