So let me say the car was VERY clean and smelled great also drive great! However, the host tried to charge me for a gas reimbursement fee when I returned the car with more gas than I received...then submitted my pics of the return twice. I asked for him to do the right thing and he doubled down and then ignored me..so I contacted support and they INSTANTLY saw it was fraud and fixed the invoice. I really wanted to give 5 stars but after that, its a no for me.
