we picked the car up and while it was easy, it wasn't parked in the turo lot so we has to pay $37 to exit! Messaged the owner to try and figure this out but he still has not responded as of 3 days later. On top of that we were only given half a tank even though we prepaid to refill a tank at the end. It only cost us $16 to refill to half a tank but $50 for the prepaid refill. The car was great but disappointed in the extras and our hosts lack of response. Hoping this will all be cleared up.
