The pickup and drop off was easy. The car condition was questionable. When we picked up the car the windows were down and the car smelled with weed. Then we looked around the car and there were dents and scratches all around. The windshield was cracked half way across the whole windshield and the crack spread while driving by another inch. There was also dirt and trash in the car from the previous renter supposedly. We had to fill up the car from almost empty and also take it through a carwash to clean it and vacuum it ourselves before we could even take it where it needed to go. The owner didn’t even look at the car in between renters. Too many problems for a 2024 car if I’m being honest. If the scratches and dents were already disclosed then I wouldn’t have anything negative to say but they weren’t.
I’m sorry that you had this type of experience with this vehicle and I hope that if you so choose to rent can have a more positive experience. One of the challenges with having a white car is keeping it perfectly clean especially the exterior. lastly, people don’t respect rental cars they smoke god knows whatever. I can’t tell you how many times I had to ionize this car. Even as host we face total disrespect for our property. I will provide you a discount Should you choose to rent with me?

The car was absolutely excellent. This was my first time using the Turo app, so I wasn’t fully sure how everything worked, but Leon was honestly the best host I could’ve asked for. I’ll definitely be booking with him again if his car is available!
