I requested delivery and the car was not delivered in time. I also had to return the car to the host. I’m not happy

Everything was set up the night before. You confirmed that 9 a.m. would work for you, and you offered to return the car to my address instead of the pickup location. If that time or arrangement didn’t work for you, you should have mentioned it or offered an alternative.
