Host was friendly and was very helpful with anything I needed to know about the vehicle communication was great.

The host didn't service the car. So the engine locked down on me in the middle of the road. I wasn't offered a replacement car it was awful

Tiffany, I clearly explained the proper procedures for reporting issues and requesting a replacement, but you failed to follow them. You did not report the problem to Turo, arranged personal towing instead of using Turo services, and ended the trip as if everything was normal. You also failed to explain what happened despite taking the vehicle in good condition. This reflects serious negligence, poor communication, and lack of transparency. Remember You drove 11am–11pm; it wasn’t bad at pickup.
