The host was great with communicating in a timely matter and relatively helpful. Overall, the car was great on gas and for what was needed. Ran into a small issue on the last day which didn’t allow me to use the vehicle as needed.

Thanks for your feedback. This is a hybrid. The electric motor and the gasoline engine work in harmony to generate the lowest NPG. The intermittent noise you hear is the gasoline engine kicking in to charge the electric motor. Sometimes it just comes out of nowhere. In particular when idling the electric motor needs to be charged. Therefore you will hear some weird noises. That’s because the gasoline engine is working in the background to charge the electric motor.
