They were great host very nice. Great communication very detailed with instructions.

Pickup location is confusing to get to. The address given takes you to the wrong place on Apple Maps. You have to read a long paragraph of instructions carefully to find it. There is no charging cord in the car for the phone as promised which was disappointing. The host was very helpful and responsive when trying to find the car and unlock it. The car quality was good and as expected.
