I generally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I want to be honest about my experience.
First, the location was difficult to find, as it’s not clearly visible. While I was trying to locate it, a neighbor approached me and questioned why I was there, which made the situation uncomfortable.
When I finally inspected the vehicle, I noticed significant damage that wasn’t expected. It was disappointing and, frankly, embarrassing to drive. Once on the road, the car did not perform well, though I acknowledge I may be accustomed to higher-end vehicles.
The return process was also frustrating. While entering the gate was straightforward, I was given multiple combinations to return the key, none of which worked. After several attempts, I was told to leave the key in the glove box. This delay caused me to miss my Uber.
We typically dont respond to negative reviews but worth explaining their behavior. We provide explicit visual instructions guest didnt follow. He didn't know diff bw chrysler 300 and sonata yet trying to force open wrong car spiked the neighbor, when asked he passed aggressive comments to them. We personaly went to property to escort them to the car. They never said anything about the car and extended the trip. Only upon return we're seeing this feedback. And the lockbox worked in one go.
