Zack was horrible and the car the 2018 Elantra was disgusting
front seats were stained, the car smelled like dirty launder, the windshield had some time of film over it and it was like looking through a window screen in the sun light and the brakes squealed louder than my car that I took in and to have pads replaced. I could not return the car on Sunday because the business was closed and they told me at time of rental to bring it back on Monday which I did and now Zack wants to charge me more!! I've never heard of Turo rentals and not sure if all host are like Zack but at the time and circumstances. I basically had no other transportation so went with this company!!! I have tried multiple times to contact Zack with no response!!
