It rained the night before causing the exterior to be not perfect but we offer unlimited carwash subscription 5 mins drive from pickup location. The guest arrived 1.5 hour before the pickup time despite that we personally went at the pickup location to help them with their trip start. Guest returned the car at aboslutely zero fuel such that we had to put some in to start and go to the gas station, but we understand they were in a rush and dont use these to affect our ratings to the guests.
