Car drove great, brakes were very responsive. Love the easy pick up and drop off, great deal and great hosts. There was a little more noise when driving than I am used to in my car, not sure if it was the car or the roads, but it was not a problem.

Car is disgusting. It has a horrible smell, missing spare tire and trunk cover, windows are dirty, seats are filthy. It hasn’t been washed and the windshield wipers don’t work. I could barely see while driving in the rain.

This was a last-minute rental, and at your request for a nicer vehicle, a prompt swap was arranged. You were informed the exterior might be dusty due to the quick turnaround. The vehicle had a light perfume scent, but no foul odor. Wipers were inspected and in good condition. Some dirt on rubber mats was due to weather; seats were clean. We checked in during the rental with no complaints. Roadside assistance is always available if needed.
