Had some hiccups in the beginning but the host has quick solutions. Good communication. Needed to extend the trip, car was available everyday. Will book again
Hiccups were these two things. When she submitted her license picture, I couldn’t read it and some of it was covered. So I asked her to send me a clear picture. And then I asked her to send me a picture of the lockbox that contained the fob because I thought I had put a different lockbox on the car. I wanted to make sure I gave her the right code.
No smoking allowed
