I had to pay for parking even after I paid for rental. On does not have to pay for parking when you pick up car from other rental car companies.
I did not appreciate driving around with a lockbox tethered to the car.

Hello Idongesit, sorry you had bad experience but it is Turo’s policy that guest will pay for parking when they pick up the vehicle and host takes care of it when they get the vehicle back. Also you could detach the lockbox by unlocking it and put it in the vehicle. I wrote down all the instructions on how to do it. Thank you!
Amazing host and vehicle! Being unfamiliar with the area, I reached out with many questions, and the host was always super friendly and supportive. The car was in perfect condition and very comfortable. Would love to rent again!
