car was in great condition - wasn’t super pleased i had to reach out for instructions to actually pickup the vehicle. but the owner was response and the trip was easy otherwise.

The car was not vacuum clean when I picked it up. It felt like someone was just in it! More seriously, it should have never been offered s as a an option on Turo in its current state. The tires were dangerously bald, and one tire blew out on the highway. This was not a good experience whatsoever (other than the fact that I’m alive, which is great). The host never even reached out when I told them of this incident.

I booked at the last minute and although the car I booked wasn’t available, he had a second option and delivered it to the airport within an hour before I arrived. Communication was excellent. Very great experience 👌🏾
