The trip was alright, the car was not dropped off at a parking lot with the key in a lock box like it said it was going to be on the app. Instead the guy met me at the taxi pickup area to give me the car. When he dropped it off there was a TPMS light on but he said the car was fine. He took the photos of the car before hand not me and uploaded them before I landed. When I dropped off the car there was no lock box to put the key in and he was asking me to do something separate than what the app said. I followed the instructions on the app and left the key in the cars glovebox since there was no lock box and the parking ticket on the dash. Overall not a great experience.
