The car drove nicely, was fuel efficient, tidy, and was parked in the MARC garage for pick up.
Though clean inside, it however reeked of cigarette (possibly marijuana) smoke. The three tree air freshners and glade clip on did not cover the smell which left me with a headache on my 3 hour drive. And left the smell in the clothes I was wearing. I bought a bottle of Allergen Febreze and ½ bottle later it only provided minor help. The remaining ½ bottle of Febreze has been gifted.
A day into my trip, the car gave two warning lights on the dashboard. Tire Pressure and the TPMS Calibration, as well as problems with the brake system. I messaged all three (smoke, and 2 warnings (twice)) and received NO response or correspondence during my trip. The only correspondence I received was the automated pick up and drop off.
This is only my second time using Turo, and the level of communication pales in comparison to my first rental experience. Had this experience been my first, I would not be a fan of Turo.

Easy communication with the owner. Car was in perfect condition. No problems with driving. Would absolutely work with this owner again!
