Very accommodating host. Comfortable and clean car. Would rent again!

The car was in fine mechanical condition however it was dirty on the inside. I could tell it had been run through a car wash, but there was sap and other dirty material on the outside as well. It was supposed to be a lock box pick up, however The host changed at the last minute to be an in person handoff, which made me uncomfortable in both picking up the vehicle as well as the drop off due to my uncertain specific arrival time. Additionally, the host did not provide instructions for how to get to the parking location And I had to walk over a mile to reach the car when I could’ve taken a shuttle this has been my worst Turo experience so far.
