Car is reliable, engine is smooth, handling is sharp, but drive train vibrates at certain speed, e.g., 30 or 60-70mph. The previous customers hit the curve a lot so wheels have many scratches and tires tear a bit. There is a bit of smell of smoking. However, I drove it for 1000 miles without any trouble or discomfort.
Pick up location is great and host is professional and promptly responses my request.

No issues with pickup, use, or drop-off of the car. Unfortunately the car smelled of cigarettes that did not go away :(

We are sorry that you experienced that. There are rare times when a previous renter will smoke AND return the car late. We used all available measures to eradicate the odor, but it seems we fell short. We hope you decide to rent with us again in the future. It was great to have hosted you.

Overall my trip was great and the car is in excellent condition! The host had wonderful communication skills which made navigating my trip very easy. The only problem was the interior of the car has a strong and unpleasant cigarette odor - to the point where it made my luggage smell and it was triggering to my asthma. This doesn’t change the rating on my experience as this falls on the previous renters of the car.
