The host was running behind for the drop off time. Called him through the Turo app and he stated he has too many jobs and needs to get rid of the rental business. When entering the car, the temperature outside was hot but didn’t notice the horrible smell that reminded me of a disinfectant spay to cover up other horrible smells. AC was on high and windows were down the whole trip. This was my first and last time using Turo for this reason.

Literally paid for a detail which is why I was running late by 10 mnutes. The "horrible smell" was the new car scent. You trashed the vehicle with kwik trip wrappers and the exterior was covered in dust. You are the only person I wont rent to again. Sorry you had a bad experience, but most people appreciate that I detail the vehicle before every rental. 🤷
