Great rental experience from start to finish! The vehicle was easy to access, communication was prompt and appreciated throughout the process, and everything went exactly as expected. There were no hiccups or concerns at all. I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

Host was communicative and great, pickup was smooth, but the car itself wasn't great. Alignment was off so the car shuddered at highway speeds and was very loud.

I left my flash drive in the car

As soon as you made us aware that you had left your flash drive in the vehicle, we informed you that you were welcome to come retrieve it, but you never returned to collect it. The pictures make the car look like it’s in better condition than it is. I had dents and scratches everywhere but it drives well. As you near 70mph the car shakes a little as if the tires are not balanced but the car gets great gas mileage and has a lot of power from the get go.

This is a 2013 vehicle with normal wear and tear consistent with its age, and the cosmetic imperfections shown in the listing photos are representative of the vehicle overall. We appreciate you noting that the car drove well, had good power, and excellent fuel economy. The tires on the vehicle are brand new, but we will still have the balance checked as a precaution during routine maintenance.
