I left my flash drive in the car
Thank you for your feedback, Rasheed. As soon as you made us aware that you had left your flash drive in the vehicle, we informed you that you were welcome to come retrieve it, but you never returned to collect it. We always do our best to assist guests with recovering personal belongings left behind and are happy to help whenever possible. We appreciate your business and wish you the best.

Everything was perfect

The pictures make the car look like it’s in better condition than it is. I had dents and scratches everywhere but it drives well. As you near 70mph the car shakes a little as if the tires are not balanced but the car gets great gas mileage and has a lot of power from the get go.

This is a 2013 vehicle with normal wear and tear consistent with its age, and the cosmetic imperfections shown in the listing photos are representative of the vehicle overall. We appreciate you noting that the car drove well, had good power, and excellent fuel economy. The tires on the vehicle are brand new, but we will still have the balance checked as a precaution during routine maintenance.

I didn’t realize that there was a lot of damages to the car from the picture.
Hi Toccara, thank you for your feedback. The damage occurred right before your trip when the previous guest scraped the passenger side door on a post. Since it was cosmetic and not a safety issue, we chose not to cancel your trip last minute. We did our best to show it in the photos, though it may not have been as clear as intended. A replacement door has been ordered and will be installed once it arrives.
