Quality of interior was in fair condition. Renter wasn’t the best at communication. Had my reservation cancelled and had to rebook because renter didn’t know I picked car up from the meet location. Overall great car just very bad at communicating.
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the original reservation was canceled because the required driver’s license verification photos were never uploaded, preventing check-in from being completed. We also provided pickup instructions in advance, which were not followed. Despite these issues, we still worked to find an alternative solution so the trip could proceed. We’re glad you enjoyed the vehicle and appreciate your business.

This car was fine for what I needed, which was just basic no-frills transportation.

The car gets you from A to B just fine. That being said, it does have issues that should be addressed before it hits the road again. Brakes need to be done, cosmetic issues deter from the feel of a rental experience and there is an issue with the wheel well on the driver's side that causes a rubbing sound when you turn right. Overall, it felt like a "borrow your friend's car that has some quirks" experience, which did not align with the cost, in my opinion.
Hi Nicole, thank you for your feedback. The cosmetic imperfections were clearly shown in the pre-trip photos and are consistent with an older rental vehicle with normal wear from prior renters. However, the statement that the car needs brakes is inaccurate, as the brakes and tires are both brand new. The vehicle also has a brand new engine installed through Kia and recently passed a full inspection with no issues noted. We will still re-check the wheel well concern mentioned.
