Amazing host! Super helpful, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make everything work. When the vehicle I originally wanted wasn’t available for the first few days, they coordinated a second rental for me and made the transition between vehicles incredibly easy. They were also extremely flexible with pickup timing, which meant so much to me given my unpredictable clinical schedule. Everything was seamless, and I really appreciated how accommodating and easy they were to work with. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Great rental overall! The car was clean, drove smoothly, and the host was responsive with excellent communication. Pickup and drop-off were convenient, though the side-street location made Uber pickup a little awkward with no shaded place to wait in the heat. A covered parking spot would be a nice improvement since the panoramic glass roof makes the car very hot in direct sun and the A/C wasn’t the strongest. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and I’d rent from this host again.
