From first contact to finish…great communication and prompt delivery of the vehicle. Host was understanding and flexible when it came to extending. When owning a Benz your expectations are set high…comfort, ride, the way it handles all are attributes you look for even in a rental. Car meet and exceeded my expectations. Exceptional car and a great rental experience. The Mercedes ran beautifully on the highway, and driving it with the top down was perfect. Five stars all around—I would absolutely rent from this host again!
