The radio did not work.. and there was an emergency light to continue to come on the entire trip. It would come on then go off. It really made me nervous.

The radio works very well. This car has an extra screen installed for CarPlay that you must not have figured out how to use, which is okay. In the future, please just call your Turo host if you think “the radio doesn’t work” and we will be glad to assist you. Nobody on here is renting a car with a broken radio, I can assure you.
I’m not sure what emergency light you’re referring to. Just took it for an oil change & they always do a full checkup during that, and there are no issues with the car.
