Everything was perfect

the host showed amazing service my only concern is the vehicle saftey the driver side seat doesnt move restrain and airbag light was on how the headlight was cracked and dim and the bumper was not in good condition and rear seat retracting cables was hanging the key fob condition had missing buttons and the smell of weed was not good at all service was good vehicle condition not so much

The car I originally rented wasn't at the location when I arrived on time.
When I was finally able to get on touch with the host an hour has past I wasn't able to make it to my appointment and when she did put me in a different car they had to jump start it because the battery was dead....this is my 1st bad experience... I've been running with Toro for over a year just an inconvenience
It wasn’t our fault but that of customer that never returned the suppose car you booked. Courtesy of that we offered you another car so for this we don’t deserve 3 stars but 5 .any you scratched our car

Driver seat will not push forward. But host was very accommodating.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
