I was unable to get in contact with host on pick up day. I tried to reach host on Turo several times and I reached out to Turo customer service representative. I had to call 3 times to be able to get inside to obtain the key. The car was in a good neutral area, full of gas everything worked, no other issue, upon returning the car the host did respond quickly on the turo app.
