Very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. Definitely my go to for my next weekend trip.

I rented the car on September 5th . On September 12th I was driving 2 hours away to Pooler ga for work and as I was driving down the highway the car started shaking really bad so I pulled over and checked and the driver side and passenger side tire was bald to the point you could see the tread . I called the host and he told me there was a spare so I put that on . After speaking to the host over the next few days he did get a replacement tire for the passenger side but I was still driving on a spare for the drivers side and he wanted me to drive 2 hours back to Macon so he could fix and not reimburse my miles I had paid for. On September 16th ( my birthday ) the spare tire blew on the highway at 10:30 am and I called the host and he told me he was going to see what could be done and call back . Due to the host not answering any calls or texts after that I was stranded on the highway until almost 5pm that day . When the host finally reached out he was trying to blame the issue on me saying I probably hit a curb . I had the car a total of 11 days there is absolutely no way that me driving 1500 miles would cause both the front tires to bald . Horrible experience and I will never recommend him to anyone !

Sorry to hear that the guest was dissatisfied with their experience. We would like to clarify some points for the sake of accuracy.
The guest drove the vehicle on empty tank and ran out of gas several times despite warnings from Turo and the host about possible damage to fuel pump and engine.
We asked the guest to return the vehicle while she was still in Macon, but she declined and drove the vehicle out of town.
We purchase more tires and schedule her for installation but she did not go on time
