First time with Turo was a great experience with Gerald. Pick up at the airport went without a hitch. Car had some smoke odor but after awhile was not too noticeable. Good MPG, a/c worked great. Accerlation was slow, but once up to speed, it was great. Drop off was a bit trickier on our end due to operator error (mine), but a quick message with a very responsive Gerald fixed that. He was so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental.

Gerald was a great host and made the entire rental experience easy and convenient. The car was very clean, fully fueled, and in great condition when I picked it up. Pickup and return were both simple, and the airport setup was very convenient with only a small parking/airport fee.

The car ran well throughout my trip, and communication was excellent from start to finish. I especially appreciated how flexible and understanding Gerald was when my flight changed and I needed to extend my return time. He responded quickly, approved the extension, and provided clear return instructions.

Gerald even met me in person when I returned the vehicle and handled most of the return process himself, which made everything much smoother since he was already there preparing for the next customer. I also accidentally left an item in the car, and he called me right away so I could quickly come back and retrieve it before leaving the airport.

Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I would definitely rent from Gerald again and highly recommend him!
