We we're confused on having to check out we deliver the car back at 11:00 but didn't fill out the checkout paper till 12:00 something because we were confused I wish it would have been a little bit plainer but the service is great the car was great and will rent again

Thank you for your feedback, I just want to inform that these tires on the car are not even 3 months old and brand new, the low tread tire you mentioned it’s all season patter which is unfortunately this how it comes for this make and model car
