This 1-star rating is completely inconsistent with your actual experience. You confirmed the car was good, the location was as agreed, and I was there as your host. Your dispute with Turo over the canceled reservation and non-refundable payment had nothing to do with me or my service. You also told me you were satisfied and planned to rent from me again for Christmas.
We we're confused on having to check out we deliver the car back at 11:00 but didn't fill out the checkout paper till 12:00 something because we were confused I wish it would have been a little bit plainer but the service is great the car was great and will rent again

Pickup was so smooth! Hosts were very responsive. My very first Turo experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything better ☺️ definitely would rent again
