The car served it's purpose for the trip I took. Communication from the host was good. I expect just a few things from TURO rentals. That the car function properly, be clean, and smell clean. The car function fine. The car was not clean. It had sticky residue on the console and pet hair throughout the car. Also, the car smelled terrible of Marijuana. Not a good experience.
