Because of him not being prepared and on top of knowing he has a customer using the car I was unable to contact him and was at work unable to leave my client and now I’m being charged way more than what I even paid for the rental .

Great experience renting from Zy! Check-in and drop-off were quick and easy, and the vehicle was clean and in great condition. Zy was a great host and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent from them again!

I think it is a newer property so directions were a bit confusing. I was able to figure it out. The car gave me no issues. The host was easily accessible and quick responses.
