Smooth ride with Ronald's car. Information on pick up and return are done smoothly except when we return 2 hours earlier at airport garage we were charge as incidental charges for parking but when pickup at garage the car was parked 8 hours earlier that I have to pay even though information was relayed only 2 hours earlier. I feel that is not fair.
