The car has different driving modes. It was hard to handle in the mode it was in when I picked it up. Called the owner and he asked me to change modes. That took care of the handleing issue. Would have helped if the owner s manual was in the car.

amazing 85 years old senior. he call me 10 times and we have all answers for him. but sometimes newer models are little complicated for seniors. thanks for the feedback
