Pickup location was iffy with being at a residence and nowhere to park a car during trip.

I am disappointed to hear that, this feels like a problem easily avoidable and I wish you would've communicated any discomfort you had before the start of your trip so we could've resolved any issues you might've had with the pickup location and the parking situation. In the future, maybe something to consider when booking communication is a two-way street.

The car was squeaky clean and in great condition right by the station. There were charging cords in the car and two bottles of water very impressive.
