Subaru Legacy

Loved it. There were a few minor hiccups. However, I don’t believe they were the host fault. I also get very easily overstimulated so what would be minor to other people were major to me. I did the airport pick up which I was charged in extra $13 for originally, which is fine. I did that because I figured it would be easier than getting off a flight and Uber to a nearby Toro car, which I also have done before. However, the host had told me the car was parked in one seven Orange. I spent over 45 minutes, walking up and down that entire lane even checked out the greenside and could not find this car.. then he finally confirms that he made a mistake and it actually is 1 7 green. Like I said, I did check the greenside however it was literally the first car on the green side so no I did not walk all the way down the green side. LOL. Finally, I find the car. Mind you I just got off of a flight. It’s 10 o’clock now it’s 11 o’clock in the next morning is my daughter’s first day of middle school. I am a single mother. I finally get in the car and it reeks of marijuana. Then I finally go to start the car and into my surprise it’s a turn key. Which my old car was an old Jeep liberty so I know how to turn a key to start a car. LOL. After three failed attempts, I start to get nervous. The hose says that it’s a Subaru and that it’s normal. So I give it one final try and really crank it and it started. Also, I wanna add that. I never had that problem again after that first attempt. Now, after all that I go to leave the parking lot and they charge me another $22. The graciously said that he would refund me. However, it’s almost a week later and I still have yet to receive the refund. I do believe the host when he said he will refund me and I’m sure I will still get it. Also, the host did not have to offer the refund, but because of all the hiccups in the beginning, I feel like that is why he did. Regardless of all that besides the first night, the car ran great, and there was no other hiccups at all. I just wanted to let others know in case you’re just a girl like me. I don’t know anything about cars and decide to randomly rent a Subaru. Btw even though my boyfriend did not drive the car when I pulled up in a Subaru he was very excited. LOL.
