I've rented from Kareena before and it was pleasant experience. This time my duration was extended a good amount of time due to no other vehicles being available but the entire time it was disappointing. The rear view mirror fell off 5 Minutes after pulling off with the vehicle, molded chicken wings were found underneath the driver's seat that didn't belong to me 2 days into the rental. Both time's she was contacted and much of nothing was said or done. While I understand the business of the car being a rental, there were no accomodations offered due to the situation and instances I brought to her attention. Greed for money without understanding certain circumstances seemed to be the only thing that mattered.
Sorry you felt this way but I'd like to clarify. You raised concerns about the rearview mirror & food under the seat early in the trip, & I responded promptly & offered the option to modify or return the vehicle. The car was professionally cleaned prior to trip & am a Hindu vegetarian who does not consume meat. No photos of a fallen mirror were shared, & mirror was intact upon return. You chose to keep the car for nearly two months & later contacted Turo requesting a refund for the same concern.
