Hello Miesha, I’m sorry about the situation, You showed up two hours early while I was at the cinema with my family. You were very persistent to get the car right away when the car was not ready because the booking was for later that day. I thought it was just a misunderstanding, but apparently you put me on blast as if it was my fault. So, I apologize for the inconvenience, if I knew in advanced you needed the car two hours before the start of the trip, it would have been ready for you.
