The car had almost 100,000 miles on it. Had no pickup when you needed to accelerate and there was a warning/ service engine light on. I drove it down the street then returned it. I didn’t get any money back and the owner declined my request to shorten the reservation.

The car is a 13 years old… of course it will have high mileage, but The milage has nothing to do with the performance of the car. Pre trip pictures show that there is no check engine light on the dash at all. Customer is lying
Rodrigo was nice BUT No A/C after day 1 of having car, upsetting. Couldn’t meet me for any replacement. Wanted me to go to location for switch. Can’t ! Nothing done for me. Just awful, first time renting car from turo.

Had the car for three days and decided to say something about the ac one day before the trip ended. Offered to swap to a new vehicle and refused.
