Excellent rental experience from start to finish! The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. This was my first rental with TURO. The host was very responsive when I communicated with him. I was disappointed in the condition of the car front end. The website showed no damage but yet on the pickup it was missing a grill and the fender was misaligned. I also got stoped due to a head light being out. Due to the weather I needed to use the windshield washer and found the tank was totally empty. The host was very apologetic but knowing the condition he should have called me to cancel so I could pursue another car. My colleagues literally asked why I was driving such a ghetto car. It was very embarrassing. This was a business trip. I was on a tight schedule. In the future I will stick to the routine rental car companies. I will never do TURO again.
