This was my first rental with TURO. The host was very responsive when I communicated with him. I was disappointed in the condition of the car front end. The website showed no damage but yet on the pickup it was missing a grill and the fender was misaligned. I also got stoped due to a head light being out. Due to the weather I needed to use the windshield washer and found the tank was totally empty. The host was very apologetic but knowing the condition he should have called me to cancel so I could pursue another car. My colleagues literally asked why I was driving such a ghetto car. It was very embarrassing. This was a business trip. I was on a tight schedule. In the future I will stick to the routine rental car companies. I will never do TURO again.
I apologize for the inconvenience Abraham. The previous renter dropped the car off with damage and didn’t say anything. Hope you would give us another chance so you can have the experience you deserve.

Very Cute little Sports Car quality and location was good . The surround sound was great get this car if you enjoy riding while listening to some music . I loved it . Would Definitely rent again. & the host was very nice and friendly accommodating me extending my trip. Overall great service and experience! Thank you again .

4th time renting with Rodrigo although the first with the red Fiat. Pickup and drop off were a breeze. The car gives a more sporty vibe with it being lowered. Drive smooth & AC blows cold. I'd rent again if the white Fiat isn't available at the time of rental. While it doesn't have the screen/BT/CarPlay functionality of the red car, I prefer the softer ride and trunk usability (and the coolness of the drop top). 5/5
