No worries very friendly and accommodating
Also very communicative anything you need he is right there rent with out having any worries
Model 3 is an incredible car drives perfectly also if you rent try out the self drive it’s a blast
Host makes charging easy just ask and he also includes Tesla conector for those who want to use other services again this is a 10 star host only thing I’m bummed out is I could only give him 5 stars cause Turo won’t let me do more than 5 but folks rent up and enjoy

The host was amazing! Easy pick up with a very clean car. I also needed more time with the vehicle in which the host let me extend the trip. Would book again.

The car was fine, it has its share of cosmetic damage but we documented its condition upon arrival and it worked great for the time we had it. The biggest issue was the pickup and drop off at Logan. Despite being booked months in advance, our reservation was missed so the car was not there when we arrived. We had to uber to an alternative location to meet the host which took additional time and was an inconvenience. The cellphone service at the economy lot is poor so contacting the host and getting an uber was challenging, not the hosts fault but also put us in a precarious spot. Lastly. the car did not have a transponder that is required to drop off in the Turo lot at the end of our trip which created additional confusion and delay when trying to drop it off. The host was very nice and apologized up and down for both issues, reimbursed the cost of our Ubers and offered to refund 1-day of our rental for the inconvenience. Overall it was fine but the pickup/drop off left us a bit frustrated.
