The car was fine, it has its share of cosmetic damage but we documented its condition upon arrival and it worked great for the time we had it. The biggest issue was the pickup and drop off at Logan. Despite being booked months in advance, our reservation was missed so the car was not there when we arrived. We had to uber to an alternative location to meet the host which took additional time and was an inconvenience. The cellphone service at the economy lot is poor so contacting the host and getting an uber was challenging, not the hosts fault but also put us in a precarious spot. Lastly. the car did not have a transponder that is required to drop off in the Turo lot at the end of our trip which created additional confusion and delay when trying to drop it off. The host was very nice and apologized up and down for both issues, reimbursed the cost of our Ubers and offered to refund 1-day of our rental for the inconvenience. Overall it was fine but the pickup/drop off left us a bit frustrated.

Very easy to communicate with the owner of the car I was in great shape and very clean. Only issue was I was unable to use the the self driving option. All good!
