Only thing is the rear view mirror cannot be adjusted without falling off completely, needs to be fixed for safety

Guest didn’t return the car after 53 hours , I had to call the police to go there and pick up the car , didn’t give me the key back , smoke inside the car and drove 3000 miles over the limit .
