Car was great - clean and well maintained, convenient airport pickup (parked in airport’s economy lot w/key in a lockbox.). Giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the price was not completely transparent. When picking up the car, you pay the lot’’s exit fee at the gate. This Turo account is configured to credit you back $11, however, the lot charged us $26. Part of it was that the airport’s daily rate changed earlier this year to $13. The bigger issue, though, is the car was left in the parking lot 1.5 days prior to the reservation time resulting in an extra day charge. $15 extra itself is not a huge deal, but it does need to be disclosed in the listing.
