The whole process was very simple. Nelson is professional and has great communication.

The host was great. However on the trip back in Richmond, KY after leaving Buc-cee’s gas station the car started to not accelerate correctly and the engine light came on the dash. I didn’t feel comfortable driving it so I turned around in the parking lot n parked and called the host. I had to wait 1 hr for the tow truck and it was a 3 hr ride home. The host was so sweet and was apologetic about the car problem.
