The car stank of weed when I picked it up, but at least the car had a loud vibration in one of the wheel bearings which made it sound like a Cessna, so that's fun I guess.

Mr. Hayden, as explained in our messages, the prior guest violated the smoking policy. The vehicle was fully detailed, but we were unable to complete the ozone treatment before your trip, so some odor remained. We were transparent and tried to assist you throughout, including when you locked the keys in the trunk. You also chose to extend the rental, despite now how you’re describing the experience.
