The car rental was per my expectations. The leasee was very informative and helpful. If I had a question, I received an answer within minutes. Very seamless. I've never used Turo before but will use again if experiences are as seamless as this.

There was 1 head light , the low tire pressure was on the whole time the check engine light came out twice

When you drive over 115 mph nonstop, and travel over 1000 miles, sometimes 12 year old economy cars have little things that pop up. If these where brought to our attention during the trip, they could have been resolved. But, I understand that this review is only retaliatory for the large mileage overage, fuel reimbursement, and cleaning fee for you all staining all of the seats in the car.
I know the guy who rents this vehicle will respond to this review aggressively, as he has done with many of his other reviews. Don’t let his 4.8 stars fool you. He is mean, condescending, rude, and threatened to slap me with late fees even though it was his fault that I was allowed to extend the rental. The car was also not as nice as the listing shows, so don’t expect that either. Not only were there lights on the dash for his tire pressure or any washer fluid in the vehicle, but the car definitely hasn’t been maintained. Someone previously has definitely smoked in this corolla and it smells awful. I know the renter will probably try and take this review down, but if it stays up, be warned. He’s not as nice as he originally comes off and you’d think being an air force veteran he’d be a little less hot-headed. I would definitely never rent from him again. Looking forward to seeing the review he left me. I’m sure it’s horrible, even though I extended the rental properly through the app and did nothing wrong, he just didn’t like the fact that I extended the rental. Next time, he should mark the vehicle as unavailable if he doesn’t want it extended. I even vacuumed out the car before I brought it back.
